TIFO is a skill-based sports trivia and prediction game that allows users to compete in challenges related to sports properties, earn in-app rewards, and engage with branded content from our partners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TIFO. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. In-App Rewards & Virtual Currency
Coins, points, and other in-app rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency unless explicitly stated within a specific partner promotion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward mechanic at any time.
6. User Conduct
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, or using automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users.
- No attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's operation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and branding within TIFO, including partner logos and marks used under license, remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute app content without permission.
8. Advertising & Partner Content
TIFO may display advertising and partner-branded challenges as part of its gameplay experience. Partner content is provided by third parties, and TIFO is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party promotional claims.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TIFO at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TIFO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIFO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
